Mobile Game Service Policy

  

This "Operation Policy" is intended to provide fairer and more equity-based services and protect the right to use the "Member" for problems that may arise when the "Member" uses the games provided by Enbox Games (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").
"Company" promises to do its best to ensure that "Members" receive services through a pleasant environment from a neutral and objective standpoint.
 The "Operation Policy" contains precautions when using the service, so we recommend that you check it carefully.

1. 
General
Rules
 

This "Operation
Policy" is
designed to
respond reasonably and
fairly to problems that
may arise in the
operation of the
"Game" service, and
contains detailed rules necessary for the "Company" to
operate the
service and for the
members to
use the
service.
 The "Company" may add, change or delete the contents of this "Operation Policy" for the efficient operation of the "Game".
 In such cases, the "Company" shall announce the revised contents and reasons seven days before the application of the added, changed, or deleted contents through one or more communication methods, such as the relevant community or website, within the "Game": Provided, That in case of any unfavorable or serious matters to the "Members", it shall be notified 30 days before the application.
 This "Operation Policy" supplements the provisions of the Enbox Games Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") and stipulates the operating standards for services incidental to the "Company's "Game" and "Game", such as sanctions against users' violations of the "Terms and Conditions" and procedures for objection to sanctions.
 Matters not specified in
this "Operation
Policy" shall be
handled in
accordance with the
terms of use, relevant
laws and regulations,
and other general correlations.

 2.
 Definition of
 Terms The
definition of
terms used in this "Operation
Policy" is
as follows.

 term "operating team"
 means an
 official of a
 company or a
 person authorized by the
 company who
 plays a role in
 helping members to
 use services smoothly. 2.
 The term "member" means a
 person who
 enters into a
 contract for use with the
 company and uses the
 service. 3. The
 term "name" means all names set by
 members,
 such as
 nicknames and
 character names
 . 4.
  The
 term "account information"
 means an
 ID and
 password set by a
 member to use the
 service,
 or information arbitrarily given by the
 company, etc
 .
 5. The
 term "game information"
 means some or all information related to
 gameplay,
 such as
 items, game
 money, points, achievements acquired by a
 member in the
 course of
 using the
 service.
 6. The
 term "non-manner and abnormal behavior" means
theft
 , cash
 transactions, bugs and system
 abuse, illegal use of
 programs, impersonation, fraud, abuse, wallpaper, obstruction of game
 progress, invasion of privacy,
 obstruction of
 operation, use and progress of
 services, and acts that damage other members
.
 The
term "robbery" means any act of
using another
person's
account without
prior consent,
 such as
 causing epi-harm, making payments with the other
 person's
 payment information without prior consent.

The term "cash transaction"
 means the
 act of
 trading game
 information in
 cash or in
 kind, attempting to
 trade,
 or mediating transactions.
 9. The
 term "bugging and system abuse" means
 weaknesses in
 services (bugging, system error,
 etc.).

not recognized by the
company,

game.

 Rights and
 obligations
 of "members"
Members must comply with the company's terms of use and operating policies. If a member violates the operation policy, he/she may be liable for the damage and consequences that occur.
 Members have the right to selectively use all game and service elements provided by the service.
 The company owns all rights to all information related to the member's service (characters, items, game money, etc.), and grants the member the right to use the information.
 Members must sign up with their personal information when signing up, and if they enter false information or sign up in the name of another person, they cannot receive any protection from the company, and there may be restrictions on the use of the service and exclusion of events.
 Members shall maintain and update the information they have entered so that it is kept accurate, and shall not make the information they have provided available to third parties.
 Members may not engage in any commercial activities using the service without prior consent from the Company.
 Members may not use the information obtained using the Company's services in other ways, such as copying/replicating/changing/translating/publishing/broadcasting, or provide it to others without the Company's prior consent.
 Members are obligated to be familiar with the information officially delivered by the Company or Service, and the Company or Service is not responsible for any damage caused by not being familiar with it.
 Members must inform the Company of any vulnerabilities (bugs, system errors, account theft, illegal programs, etc.) in the event of discovery or occurrence of such vulnerabilities in the service, and must not spread or exploit them to other members.
 If a vulnerability of a service is found and abused or communicated to others without notifying the company, it may be judged as an intentional unhealthy act and subject to restrictions on use and legal measures under Article 9 of the Restriction of Use Policy, and may be punished under relevant laws.
 Members must respect the rights of others, such as the copyright of third parties.
 If the copyright holder uses the work without prior permission, the company considers it a copyright infringement under the current copyright law. Therefore, if you find any relevant information, you should inform the company so that the company can take appropriate action.
 If a member is unfairly treated or damaged in using the service, he/she has the right to request the company to raise objections and correct them through fair methods and procedures, and if he/she is unfairly treated or damaged by another member, he/she has the right to inform the company and request the application of this policy to other members.

4. Recovery Criteria

"Company" to
provide assistance
for any part
caused by
the member's
own negligence, the
contents specified in
the "Operation
Policy", or the
contents announced in
the announcement in the

the "Company" to
provide assistance

use of
the service is
restricted according to

not recognized.

 Restricted Use
 and Sanctions

 of "accounts

 restriction of use,
 two or more
 sanctions may be
 applied simultaneously.
 2. If the
 degree of
 violation of the restriction of
 use is minor, 
 "Company" may substitute sanctions as a
 simple warning measure.
  However, if you
 receive more
 than one warning (including cases where it is
 not the same
 type of restriction of
 use), you
 may be
 subject to sanctions
 equivalent to the
 second sanction of the restriction of
 use.
 3.
 If the
 degree of
 violation of
 the restriction of
 use is
 significant (such as
 repeated violations several times, the negative impact on the
 "game" environment or other "members" due to the
 violation, etc
 .), the "Company" may take
 measures up to the
 maximum level of
 sanctions.

 If the "Member" has not previously abused the
 bug or
 violated the
 "Terms and Conditions"
 or this "Operational
 Policy", it can be permanently
 suspended
 

Apart from
sanctions under the
detailed standards of
paragraph 1 of the
same article, the
use of "Accounts" or "Characters" may be
restricted during the
period necessary for the
fact-finding and action of the
restricted use.
 Sanctions may be imposed on acts that negatively affect the "game" or damage other "members" even if they are not provided for in the detailed standards of Paragraph 1 of the same article.
 If the act of a "member" violates the current laws and regulations, civil or criminal punishment may be imposed through additional investigation requests in addition to sanctions under this "Operation Policy".
 If you have
been subject to restrictions on
use, you
can file an
objection by
following the
following procedure.
 1. You
 can file an
 objection through 1:1
 inquiry from the

 in the
 "Game".

 days from the
 date of application of
 the restriction on use
 .
6. Recovery Policy
If game information such as characters, items, and game money is lost or changed due to a technical error in the "Game", the game information will be restored to the extent that objective data and information through the data are confirmed.
1. However, as shown in the example below, damage caused by not being familiar with the "Member's" negligence, the "Terms and Conditions" and the contents specified in this "Operational Policy", the notice in the "Game", and the contents guided by the "Community" cannot be recovered.
1) Recovery from loss or changes in game information caused by not being familiar with the member's carelessness, negligence, negligence, management neglect or operation policy, and announcement through game service or announcement in advance cannot be processed.

5) Recovery may not proceed for items that are paid as events and rewards for the service.
6) Recovery of game information loss or changes due to device changes or device initialization is not possible.
7) Recovery of game data is carried out after objective data is obtained through game records and will not be recovered if data cannot be verified.
8) We cannot help you with the damage caused by not being familiar with the contents informed through the operation policy or official site.
9) Guilds and related goods dissolved by a normal system are not recoverable.
10) If the item is sold or used as a material by a known-good system, recovery is not possible.

11) Equipment and orders lost due to failure to strengthen equipment by a normal system cannot be recovered.
12) Due to the normal system, items purchased with money or points in the game through the store cannot be canceled or restored.
13) Cash used by other known-good systems (such as gold, dia, and items) is not recoverable.
14) We cannot help you with any problems caused by the environment of the members or any damage caused by the network environment without the company's intention or gross negligence.
15)If the account or character information is not verified, including the above, recovery for damage cannot be supported.

 The application for
recovery must
comply with the
following procedures and
cannot be
recovered if the procedures are
violated.

 recovery to the
 "Company" through 1:1
 inquiries within 5
 days from the
 date of
 the problem.

 may vary depending on the storage
 period of
 the DB for
 each game.
 2. The
 owner of
 the "account" in
 question must file it
 himself, and
 recovery cannot be made upon
 receipt by a
 third party (other person
 ).
7.
Personal
 Information Management
 

All responsibility
for the
account used by the member
rests primarily with the
member.
If a member shares his or her personal information or account with others or has transferred or sold it in an abnormal manner, the "Company" does not acknowledge this and is not protected by the "Company" for any problems (such as fraud or account theft damage).
If a member attempts cash or in-kind transactions such as accounts, characters, goods, and items, the game may be restricted without warning.
Members can protect their information from other people's fraudulent behavior, such as account theft, by periodically changing the password of the account they use.
Fraud is
often caused by
personal negligence, and it is
difficult to
help with the
damage caused by
this. 8.
 Community Operation Standards
The
term "community" means an
online space provided by the
company for expressing opinions and
sharing information related to game
services, and
includes external "communities" provided by the
"company" in
relation to game
services such as
official websites, official cafes, and
SNS.
 In principle, the "Company" shall not intervene in disputes between "members" within the "Community": Provided, That where a dispute between "members" involves an act of violating the "Terms and Conditions" and "Operation Policy" or an act of interfering with the normal operation of community services, necessary measures may be taken after reviewing the matter from a neutral standpoint.
 The "Company" may delete, move, or deny registration of an unhealthy and unfaithful type of writing in the "Community" (such as text, pictures, voice, or a combination of information posted by members on the Community) or comments without prior notice.
 The "Company" may
designate and
operate official community
policies that
specify matters in the
"Terms and Conditions"
 and "Operation Policy" and may apply sanctions against the use of "community" or "game" as prescribed by the relevant policy.
9. Changes to
Services
 
The
Company may revise all
or part of the
services after prior notice if necessary for the
operation or
technical reasons of the
services,
such as
new game contents, various bug patches, etc.
 Provided, That
 if there is an unavoidable
 reason, it
 may be
 notified after the fact
 .
 Members cannot claim additional damages other than damages received due to the inability to use paid services due to changes in services, etc.
 In particular, the company is not obligated to take responsibility for the expected return from the use of the service and for the damage caused by the loss of benefits not provided directly by the company.
